To book an appointment please phone 01244 812003. There will be a member of staff available from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday to answer your call.
We operate a service where patients contact the practice from 8.30am, you will be asked to mention the nature of the problem to the receptionist. You will be offered either a telephone or face to face consultation, or signposted to the most appropriate service regarding your problem.
Our Support Team have completed care navigation learning and may direct yo to other services such as your usual pharmacist for support under the common ailment scheme or to other services in the surgery such as audiology for example.
In future we may offer this service by e-mail using our secure online form - currently unavailable
When calling of visiting you may be:
- Offered a telephone consultation
- Offered a face to face consultation, this may not always be with a GP
- Sign-posted to other appropriate service

- Given appointments with other staff in the practice
We do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum but urgent problems do arise unexpectedly and may delay some appointments. In these exceptional circumstances our receptionists will endeavour to keep you informed and give you the option to cancel and re-book your appointment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please advise the practice as soon as possible.
Interpretation Services
If you need an interpreter for your appointment, if possible please make the practice aware ahead of your appointment so we can arrange this for you.
Accidents and Emergencies
In the event of a serious accident or medical emergency, call 999 without delay.
Remember, however, that the Ambulance Service is an overstretched resource, particularly out of hours, and that unnecessary non-urgent calls place an extra burden on Ambulance crews.
